Each week, we run a 45-minute zoom session to help you maintain and build strength, ready for when we can return to our group Aerial sessions. We promise to keep the tunes pumping to keep your energy levels high & to ensure you get the most from your workout.

These sessions will give you a full body workout – so be prepared to get sweaty!
