Aerial Yoga combines your favourite Yoga poses with the added support of a Yoga Hammock. Enjoy the ability to stretch deeper work harder and tip upside down (if you fancy).
The focus of our classes changes every week. We build strength, increase flexibility, coordination and learn some tricks along the way. There are so many incredible health benefits linked to participating in an Aerial Yoga class.

What you need to know
This class includes inversions. Inversions are great and offer a number of health benefits but some health conditions can make inversions unsafe. If you have any of the following conditions, please inform your teacher and they will give you some alternative poses that will not put you in harms way.
Hypertension/High or Low blood pressure
Heart disease/ stroke
Other conditions – Please consult your doctor
