Steph grew up in Newbury, Berkshire before relocating to Norwich in 2016.
Steph is a professionally trained dancer who gained a First Class Honours degree at Coventry University, studying a BA (Hons) Dance Making and Performance.
Throughout her degree, Steph continued to teach students aged 3-18years. She was also fortunate enough to gain valuable experience teaching children with physical, mental and hearing disabilities.
After qualifying as a Yoga Instructor in 2014, Steph developed an interest in Aerial Yoga and Aerial Hoop. After attending regular classes, Steph trained to be an Aerial Yoga Instructor with Wild Lotus Studio in 2015. Later that year she completed her Sun & Moon Partner and Community Yoga Teacher Training.
Steph regularly participates in CPD trainings such as Beginners Aerial Hoop Teacher Training with Spin City Aerial Fitness (July 2018) & Refresher Aerial Yoga Training with Flying Fantastic/Grace & Gravity (August 2019).
Alice is a professionally trained dancer and acrobat.
Alice gained a professional Diploma in Musical Theatre from the Urdang Academy and furthered her skills in Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Acrobatics, and other disciplines at Circus Space and My Aerial Home. Since her training, Alice has continued to teach & perform world-wide.
Alice specialises in teaching Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, and Acrobatics and she became a qualified Aerial Yoga Instructor in 2019.
Aimee lives in Norwich and has been working for 6 years as a Teaching Assistant for children with special needs aged 4-11.
Aimee began practicing Aerial Yoga in April 2018 and has continually deepened & developed her practice since. Currently working at an Intermediate level, Aimee decided to take one further step in her professional development and decided to train as an Aerial Yoga Instructor.
Aimee believes in Aerial Yoga as natural way for helping relieve anxiety/stress whilst having fun and is excited to share her knowledge and start teaching.
Lucy is from Norfolk and trained in Massage + Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda in Spain (Yoga Alliance Certified).
Her passion is to share the gift of yoga and massage to help people use it to find their happiness, balance and express themselves.
She creates wellbeing classes, events, retreats, SUP Yoga locally and internationally for families, pregnancy, babies, children, teens, adults, special needs and elderly.
