About Class Of The Month – Aerial Hoop
New course begins in October 2018!
Aerial Hoop is a great way to learn about aerial circus and is a fantastic way to build strength. You will learn a variety of balances, poses and dynamic moves that can be made into combos or routines. Not only will your strength improve but your confidence and performance skills will grow. Each session will contain a warm-up, conditioning (with or without the hoop), a selection of new moves to learn, practice time and a cool down.
Anyone is welcome to come and try.
We work on the basis of a maximum of three people per hoop and twelve people per teacher. This is to ensure that everyone receives the attention that they require.
What to wear to an Aerial Hoop Class?
Long layers such as leggings are best suited for this class. A tight fitting top with some addition warmer layers for before and after the class would also be recommended. Please feel free to bring leg warmers or an extra pair of leggings for extra protection.
