Our Hot Yoga class is heavily influenced by Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha & Strala Yoga. This class looks at combining the breath and movement together to create a continual flow between postures. Using these two elements is incredibly beneficial for the body and mind. Allowing this movement between poses is great for the cardiovascular system and will help to increase your muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. In addition to this, the use of the breath really helps to reduce stress levels.
It is a great class for those of you who like to take on new challenges and work up a sweat!
Getting fit, flexible and taking some time to focus on you.
