Our Intermediate Aerial Hoop classes are for individuals who have attended numerous Beginners classes, have practiced Aerial Hoop for at least one year or who can confidently & safely execute all of the moves found within the Spin City Beginners Syllabus. Our Intermediate classes will feature a warm up, conditioning exercises (on & off the hoop), a selection of familiar/new moves, new transitions between moves found within the Spin City Beginners & Intermediate syllabi’s, practice time & a cool down.
During these classes you will continue to build your strength, improve your flexibility and develop your Aerial Hoop skills.
We work on the basis of a maximum of three people per hoop and twelve people per teacher. This is to ensure that everyone receives the attention that they require.
What to wear to an Aerial Hoop Class?
Long layers such as leggings are best suited for this class. A tight fitting top with some addition warmer layers for before and after the class would also be recommended. Please feel free to bring leg warmers or an extra pair of leggings for extra protection.
