Our beginners/improvers classes are for people who have completed one of our Complete Beginners Aerial Yoga course or have participated in an aerial yoga class before.
These classes move at a slightly faster pace in comparison to our Complete Beginners Aerial Yoga Course.
We also continue to expand your knowledge of Aerial Yoga and introduce additional approaches to increasing your strength and flexibility.
Benefits of Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga combines your favourite Yoga poses with the added support of a Yoga Hammock. Enjoy the ability to stretch deeper work harder and tip upside down (if you fancy). The focus of our classes changes every week. We build strength, increase flexibility, coordination and learn some tricks along the way. There are so many incredible health benefits linked to participating in an Aerial Yoga class.

This class includes inversions. Inversions are great and offer a number of health benefits but some health conditions can make inversions unsafe. If you have any of the following conditions, please inform your teacher and they will give you some alternative poses that will not put you in harms way.

- Heart disease/ stroke
- Recent surgery
